Digital Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining our referral partner network while driving our digital marketing initiatives forward.

Primary Responsibilities:

Referral Partner Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with our network of 50+ legal referral partners
• Provide regular case updates through professional, timely communication
• Respond promptly to partner inquiries via phone and email
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and develop new ones
• Track referral sources and analyze performance metrics to optimize partnership value

Marketing Operations:

• Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms
• Oversee review generation initiatives to strengthen online reputation
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and assess performance
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the firm's online presence
• Monitor marketing analytics and prepare regular performance reports
• Collaborate with external marketing vendors as needed

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in operations, relationship management, or marketing
• Exceptional operational skills with proven ability to manage complex processes
• Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build professional relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding organizational ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation
• Self-motivated with a track record of follow-through and execution

Preferred:

• Experience in legal industry or professional services environment
• Demonstrated success in operational optimization or process improvement
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
• Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices
• Experience with analytics and performance tracking
• Project management experience
