The Trainer partners with Operations Vice-Presidents, District Directors, Home Managers, and Direct Service Providers (DSP) to coordinate, facilitate, and monitor all training related activities for their assigned geographical area. The Trainer’s responsibilities include conducting in-person classroom and/or virtual training sessions; ensuring training compliance within their assigned geographical area; identifying learning opportunities; creating business partnership to ensure open and transparent communication; and participate in workgroups to develop learning materials for the field.
