Your Responsibilities

• Be the friendly first face and voice of GriffithLaw
• Answer and transfer calls with professionalism and care
• Greet and assist clients and guests in our office
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area and meeting rooms
• Manage office supplies and assist with mail, scanning, and filing
• Support case managers with tasks like record requests, client contact, and account confirmations

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and time management abilities
• A self-starter who can manage tasks independently
• Someone who is considerate, enthusiastic , and a team player
• Experience is helpful, but not required
