Job Description

LHH is working with their client looking to add a talented Senior Marketing Coordinator to their team. In this role, you will craft RFPs and proposal materials, develop impactful marketing materials including content creation and lead special projects that align with the company's branding and strategic goals. This is an on site role offering a competitive base salary and benefits package. Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead in crafting and executing effective strategies for proposal development by coordinating with the Business Development (BD) and Marketing teams to ensure tailored, high-impact submissions.
  • Design and develop all proposal materials, presentations, and marketing collateral, ensuring they meet firm standards and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
  • Assist in managing media communications, including press releases, event announcements, and social media content.
  • Work with various departments to create visually appealing content, such as graphics, infographics, and client presentations, ensuring consistency with branding.
  • Act as a representative of the firm in professional settings, including client meetings, industry events, and business networking opportunities.
  • Create impactful collateral materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and leave-behinds to enhance client relationships.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market opportunities to drive marketing strategies.
  • Keep marketing databases current and organized to ensure easy access to vital company data.

Requirements::

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of experience especially in the A/E/C industry
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to develop clear, persuasive, and engaging content for diverse marketing needs.
  • Strong background in proposal development and content creation, with proven success in producing competitive submissions.
  • Proficiency in technical writing, with the ability to turn complex data into easily understandable content.
  • Solid understanding of branding and marketing communications, with the ability to maintain consistency across various platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills.
